Inline code and fenced blocks

Inline code uses IBM Plex Mono on the highlight token. Fenced blocks keep a transparent fill, a 1px border, and a 5px radius, with padding that leaves the copy control clear of the first line. Copy stays Quarto’s control. Long lines scroll inside the block instead of widening the page.

Limits

The theme contains a long source line by scrolling inside the fenced block. Do not wrap a paragraph in a code fence to force a measure; prose belongs in the article, and a fence is for source.
