Links, lists, quotes, and the divider

Article links are weight 600, with no underline. A link inside a paragraph gets a quiet highlight. Hover shifts from the link color to the tertiary color.

A highlighted link sits in a sentence. Strong and emphasis stay in the body face. A marked word is kept visible.

Lists

Markers use the tertiary color.

Term
A definition stays in the same measure as the paragraph above it.

Quote

The quote rule is a 3px bar in the link color. The text color stays the body color rather than a muted aside.

Divider

Headings do not supply this line. Authors opt in with ---.

The line is 1px, using the content divider token, at full opacity.

Limits

The theme contains a paragraph link and a nested list inside the measure. A paragraph used as a heading, or a list item that is an entire section, should be rewritten as a heading plus a short paragraph.
